Blush Green Smoothie

As promised we are sharing the green smoothie recipe that is made daily at blush and loved by the team. This recipe is not like your normal ( nose screw up ) smoothie that you know is good for you but tastes horrible, we can almost bet you'll love and look forward to making this on the daily.

For an added hydration boost or a sweeten up of the flavour you could add one of our Jeuneora renew+ powders mango, berry, watermelon or pineapple, If you have any inflamed skin conditions please talk to your skin therapist about adding in a prescribed Osmosis or DMK internal, these can also be taken with/in your smoothie.
