Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within New Zealand on all products purchased over $100 through our website.

Shipping times can vary, you will receive a tracking number once the item has been shipped from there it is in the care of Courier Post.

Any shipping returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for 'change of mind' purchases or products that have been opened.  We do not have a 'money back guarantee'.

Refunds & exchanges for faulty or damaged product will only be issued once we have received the item back in-store, and the item has been approved as faulty by manufacture.
