Cancelation / No show policy 

We have a 24hour Cancelation policy here at blush this means you can change or cancel your appointment with us upto 24hours before your appointment. If you have booked online it will let you change your appointments upto 24hours before via your confirmation email.

 Please respect we have reserved this time for you, Which means turing other clients away, If you cancel your appointment within the 24hours this makes it hard for us to refill the time we have reserved for you.

Any NO SHOWS, CHANGES & CANCELATIONS within the 24Hours will be asked to pay 50% of the appointment booked. We will do our best to refill the time if you cancel within the 24hours, If we manage to refill the time we will wave any fees.

 

Change of mind policy

Any changes to your appointments need to be made 24hrs before, if you show up and decide you only want 1 of the 2 appointments made we will charge 50% of the appointment you no longer want but have reserved.

All Therapists at Blush Beauty therapy want our clients to leave each and every appointment feeling beautiful and happy with their service. If you aren't fully pleased with your service for any reason please give us a call within 3 days of your service so we can get you in as soon as possible for a correction.
